Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and rub oil on top to prevent sticking.
  2. Add all ingredients together into a food processor and pulse until just combined, being careful to not over-pulse it down to a paste.
  3. Use hands to form mixture into 4 mini patties (2 per serving). If mixture is too wet, add in additional flour a couple tablespoons at a time.
  4. Place patties the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Recipe Notes

To make a BBQ version of these salmon burgers, add in a couple tablespoons of BBQ sauce. Add additional flour if needed to maintain consistency.

These are also good with chopped up sundried tomatoes added in!
